Everyone loves grandma’s cooking! And some would kill to have that last taste of love to touch the tip of their tongue. Mimi’s Cajun Café (“The Restaurant”) brings a NOLA flare to Texas. Our dishes add a cultural twist to Cajun classic to provide the American Dream of a “Melting Pot” in every bite. Using organic ingredients, our mission is to deliver the same delicious taste without any unnecessary additives. Each dish has a story and with every bite that story is passed along just like traditions shared from generation to generation. Our concepts take the timeless Cajun meals of “The Boot” state and infuse every recipe with love to give you the same feelings as when you first tasted Maw-Maw’s home cooking.
